Country of Origin, Per Configuration

Origin is stated per product rather than as a blanket claim: AtlasGuard designed and assembled in Virginia; AtlasGate Pro made in the USA by an ISO 9001 / AS9100 manufacturer; AtlasRF and the Sensor Hub built to order in the US from mixed-origin commercial components. We will not represent a build as domestic when its components are not. A country-of-origin and TAA statement for your specific configuration is available on request.

Export Classification, Published

Self-classification under the EAR for every shipped product, with the ECCN, the basis, and the standing policies — US-only sales, restricted-party screening, US-persons-only access to controlled technology — on one public page. No BlackAtlas product is on the U.S. Munitions List, and none is subject to the ITAR.

Passive by Design

Every sensing product is receive-only on the bands it monitors and processes on the device. There is no cloud backend and no BlackAtlas-side copy of your data. AtlasRF is additionally region-locked and will not operate outside the United States.
